Our accommodations
Welcome
Our grandparents built this house in 1936, a short walk from the Trogir town gate. When we took it over in 1998 the roof was gone and the fig tree had taken the courtyard. We kept the walls, the beams and the tree, and turned the rest into three separate apartments.
Each one has its own entrance, its own kitchen and its own outdoor space — a terrace with a sea view, a shaded garden, or the roof with the whole bay in front of you. We live on the ground floor, so if something is missing you can simply knock.
We list on Airbnb and Booking too, but if you book here you talk to us directly, we can be flexible with arrival times, and we can tell you which beach is quiet on a Tuesday in August.
Contact & directions

Your host
I’m Marko, your host in Trogir. I live nearby, so I can usually meet you for check-in even if you get in late — just let me know roughly when. Happy to help with parking, beaches or where to eat.
I answer messages myself, usually within an hour or two. If you arrive late at night, that is fine — just tell me roughly when, and I will wait up with the keys.

We have stayed in Trogir four times and this was the first place that felt like a house rather than a rental. Marko met us at 23:30 with a bottle of water and a map with his own marks on it. The terrace at breakfast is worth the trip on its own.
Spotless, quiet at night and genuinely five minutes from the old town. The garden apartment stays cool even in the afternoon, which we did not expect in June.
We took two apartments for six people. Having the children next door instead of in the same room made the whole week easier. Parking right at the house was the second big win.
Excellent value and a very helpful host. The rooftop apartment gets warm in the early afternoon, but the air conditioning handles it and the evenings up there are superb.

Yes. Each apartment has one free parking space in the courtyard behind the house. If you arrive with two cars, tell us in advance and we will reserve a second space on the street.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Late arrivals are no problem — we live in the house, so just let us know roughly when to expect you.
Dogs are welcome in the garden apartment.
The calendar is synchronised several times a day with our Airbnb and Booking.com listings, so it is accurate but not instant. We confirm your exact dates by message before anything is binding.
